Run Toward Your Problems

What are you avoiding? What do you fear?

Speaking up at work? Presentations or just addressing the things that worry you with your boss?

Working out?

Being honest with friends?

Being yourself with your partner?

These things may seem like a crack now. But they won’t fix themselves. They will crack open later or hold you back from what you can be. It’s far easier to address them now. Run!
