1. A chair with your name on it at every meeting you attend. Do not take the chair behind or on the side.
2. The voice to make that chair worth it. Listening is important but you have to speak up too, even if it means elbowing your way in.
3. The ability to not take “no”‘s personally. It’s just a “no” today. Keep asking. Take a “no” as an excuse to ask someone or something else.
