I wish I knew that business is irrational and the people that own businesses are not superior beings. They are humans. They are people who have limited attention spans, partial capabilities and egos… often big, big egos. Then there is the cultural stuff is. When you’re trying to deal with different cultures or even genders there are communications gaps to bridge. You have to be attuned to that. Don’t just assume every is on the same plane.
