Kindness over niceness. Don’t worry about will they like me. Be fierce but compassionate.
2.
Make waves. To know that you can put a stake in the ground for what you think and believe….without being entitled. You still need to be open to the idea that you don’t know everything.
3.
In fact there is power in admitting you don’t know everything. So my third gift is a bit of the unknown. To accept that you know you don’t know everything…and you don’t have to. To realize that to grow in a career you have to let other people know more than you in some areas.
