Three Gifts For a 20-Something (149)

Today we have a fresh perspective for our three gifts. Miki Agrawal, one of Forbes Top 20 Millennials on a Mission, shares what she has learned from her entrepreneurial packed 20s:

1.

If someone says no to you, remember that it’s just the beginning. Persevere and turn the no into a yes. Persistence ALWAYS pays if you want it badly enough.

2.

Be curious. Ask people lots of questions and actually listen sincerely. You learn so much when you actually open yourself up to truly listening and asking follow-up questions.

 3.

Face people. Be courageous and share how you feel. It may be scary because it could feel “confrontational” but write down your points and face the person(s) you have issues with. It always feels better once you do and you can move through it.
