Three Gifts for a 20-Something (88)

Today’s three “gifts” to a 20-something are from Tara Sophia Mohr whose 40:20 Vision interview on how to take control of our “Inner Critic” hit home with a lot of my readers earlier this week.  I also asked here what three gifts she would give a 20-something to get through her twenties more empowered and confident. Tara’s gifts:

1.  I would free you from spending any time in your life dieting.

~

2. Lovers who have a great capacity to love, to actually love and support you.

~

3. The courage to share your authentic voice through your work.

I love that the list hits on the self, your relationships and your work.  Tara runs a 6 month leadership program to develop your confidence in all three of these areas – helping women navigate all the choices we can make today with more certainty and clarity around the “want to do’s” and “should do’s”. More about Tara’s program, starting October 18th, below.

About Playing Big

Playing Big is a six-month, in-depth program for women who want to play bigger in their work and in their lives, created and led by women’s leadership expert Tara Sophia Mohr. The Playing Big journey includes inner work to help you overcome fears and clarify your vision as well as practical training in skills such as communication and negotiation. Past participant Ariane Hunter had this to say: “From day one of the Playing Big course, I felt things begin to shift within me like I haven’t experienced before. It was the most transformative process I have ever engaged in.” If you are longing to play bigger in your work and your life, click here to learn more about Playing Big and see if it’s the right fit for you!
